Shannon Riley was a multi-sport athlete who earned 40+ Division I football scholarship offers before choosing Villanova University, where he became a three-year starter and earned All-Conference and All-American honors.

After college, Riley earned his master’s degree in school counseling and spent 13 years as a high school guidance counselor and football coach before founding Dream Sports Group in 2016.

Today, his mission is simple: help athletes and families better understand the recruiting process, gain exposure, and create opportunities to compete at the next level.
