Shannon Riley is the founder and CEO of Dream Sports Group, a company dedicated to helping athletes and families achieve their dreams of earning college scholarships. Growing up, Riley was a multi-sport athlete, excelling in football, basketball, and track. His talent and hard work led him to receive more than 40 Division I scholarship offers. He ultimately chose to attend Villanova University, where he became a three-year starter at strong safety for the nation’s top-ranked FCS program. During his college career, Riley earned All-Conference and All-American honors, cementing his reputation as a standout player and leader on the field.
Following his playing days, Riley pursued his passion for guiding and mentoring young people. He earned his master’s degree in school counseling and spent 13 years as a high school guidance counselor and head football coach. In 2016, he took his vision to the next level by founding Dream Sports Group, an organization built on his personal experience and belief in the power of exposure and opportunity. Through showcases, classic games, recruiting support, and national platforms, Riley has created a pathway for athletes across the country to gain recognition, build their brand, and secure the scholarship offers that can transform their futures.
