Hi, I’m Shannon Riley, CEO of Dream Sports Group, and I’d like to share my journey—a story that shaped my mission to help athletes like you succeed. Growing up in Delaware, I faced a challenge many athletes from small towns can relate to: I had the size, speed, skill, and grades, but no exposure. No one knew who I was. I didn’t know how or when to contact college coaches, let alone what to say. My high school coach had 75 players to manage and couldn’t dedicate time to just me.
I bought into the myth that "if you're good, they'll find you."
They didn’t.
Despite giving my all on the field, no college coaches called. I felt invisible. My dream of playing college football seemed out of reach. I was devastated. But I didn’t quit. I realized that no one was coming to save me—I had to take control of my future. I developed a strategy that became the foundation of what I now call the Dream Blueprint.
Here’s what I did:
1. Sought mentoring: I found people who understood the recruiting process and could guide me every step of the way.
2. Focused on action steps: I created a plan to consistently contact college coaches, share my information, and stay proactive.

This strategy changed everything. I earned over 50 scholarship offers and ultimately committed to play Division I football at Villanova University. Through this experience, I learned an important truth: talent alone isn’t enough. You need a plan.

Instead of a one-time evaluation, your athlete stays in a year-long exposure network designed to help college programs discover new prospects.
Your Membership Includes:
Month-by-Month Recruiting Exposure Plan
Month 1 — Power 4 Programs
Athlete information is shared with Power 4 college programs, introducing the athlete to major recruiting staffs across the country.
Month 2 — Division II Programs
Athlete profiles and evaluation information are shared with Division II college programs that are actively recruiting emerging prospects.
Month 3 — Group of 5 Programs
Athlete information is distributed to Group of 5 FBS programs that consistently recruit developing talent.
Month 4 — Division III Programs
Division III programs receive athlete information as they build recruiting boards and identify potential contributors.
Month 5 — FCS Division I Programs
Athlete profiles are shared with FCS Division I programs, which regularly recruit talented athletes who can develop into high-level college players.
Month 6 — NAIA & Junior College Programs
Athlete information is distributed to NAIA and JUCO programs, where many athletes continue their development and create additional opportunities to advance to higher levels.
Month 7 and Beyond
Beginning in Month 7, the exposure cycle repeats to maintain visibility and keep athlete information circulating throughout college recruiting networks.
PAYMENT FLEXIBILITY: We also have the flexibility to invoice you to start off this program. To begin, we require a 40% down payment, and then we’ll set up monthly payments over 11 months to complete your Exposure Accelerator program.
