CAMP TIMELINE
CHECK IN:
8:30AM - 9:00AM
Upon arrival, athletes will receive their camp number. This is their time to get settled, and prepare for the day ahead before heading into the welcome orientation.
ORIENTATION:
9:00AM - 9:10AM
The Starting Point – Coaches will set the tone for the day by sharing the schedule, connecting athletes with their assigned coaches, and breaking down the opportunities available—such as elite camp invites and recognition earned through standout performance.
WARMUP:
9:10AM - 9:20AM
Dynamic warmup and stretch
TESTING:
9:20AM - 10:10AM
Athletes will kick off the day with athletic testing. This includes drills such as the 40-yard dash, and pro-agility to capture key measurables.
DRILL WORK:
10:10AM - 10:40AM
Athletes will take part in position-specific instruction, where college coaches will lead focused install sessions designed to enhance technique and provide key evaluation opportunities.
COMPETIONS:
10:40AM - 11:40AM
Athletes will put their position work into action during competitive reps, including 1-on-1s, 5-on-5, and 7-on-7 matchups. Coaches will be actively involved, offering real-time feedback and instruction to reinforce learning and sharpen performance throughout each session.
AWARDS & HONORS:
11:40AM - 12:00PM
At the end of each camp, athletes and their families will return to the main gathering area for closing remarks. This is where standout performers are recognized with All-Camp Team honors and where select athletes may receive exclusive invitations to premier national events.
MEET & GREET:
12:00PM - 12:30PM
College Coach Meet & Greet – Athletes will have the chance to connect directly with college coaches in an informal setting. This is a valuable opportunity to ask questions, make introductions, and build relationships that could shape their recruiting journey.
