Sebastian Wright is a powerful, physical trench player with the versatility and mindset to dominate on both sides of the football. At 6’1”, 285 pounds, he combines strength, explosiveness, and toughness with a high football IQ that allows him to impact games in multiple ways. Whether lined up on the defensive line disrupting plays or anchoring the offensive front, Sebastian plays with aggression, leverage, and relentless effort. His mentality stands out immediately—he approaches football with intensity and competitiveness, treating every snap like a battle that he intends to win.

On the offensive side, Sebastian proved to be a dependable force in the trenches during the 2025–2026 season, allowing just 1 sack all year while helping power an offense that produced 1,300 rushing yards and 24 touchdowns from the running game, along with nearly 900 passing yards through the air. A standout in track and field, he is a 2x Regional Qualifier, 2x State Qualifier, and 2x Nationals Qualifier in shot put, while ranking 3rd all-time in CH Flowers history in the event. That background translates directly to his explosiveness, balance, and power in the trenches. His honors—including All County, All Region, You Are Athlete All-American, and four Offensive Lineman of the Week selections in his first year at the position—highlight both his natural talent and rapid development.

With his combination of physical tools, academic strength, athletic versatility, and competitive mindset, Sebastian Wright projects as a high-upside Division I prospect with strong long-term potential. His goal of earning offers from elite academic football programs aligns perfectly with the foundation he is building both athletically and academically.

PUTTING IN

THE WORK

Football has taught me discipline, toughness, and how to compete through adversity. I didn’t start out with everything handed to me, and I’ve had to work for every opportunity I’ve earned. My first year playing offensive line, I was determined to learn the position quickly and become dependable for my team. That mindset helped me earn multiple Offensive Lineman of the Week honors while continuing to grow on both sides of the ball. I take pride in being physical, playing with effort, and bringing energy every snap. My experience in track and field, especially shot put, has also helped me develop explosiveness and power that translates directly onto the football field.

My goals are to continue developing into one of the top linemen in the country while earning the opportunity to play college football at a high academic and athletic level. I want to compete against the best, continue improving my technique, and become a complete player that coaches can trust in any situation. Academics are also extremely important to me, which is why I challenge myself with AP and honors classes while maintaining a strong GPA. I want to represent my family, coaches, and school the right way both on and off the field. Long term, I want to play Division I football, earn a great education, and continue building my future through hard work and dedication.

College coaches should recruit me because I bring versatility, toughness, and a team-first mentality every day. I’m willing to do whatever my coaches ask to help the team win, whether that’s on the offensive line, defensive line, or in the weight room pushing my teammates to get better. I’m coachable, eager to learn, and I never shy away from competition. I understand that nothing is guaranteed, so I approach every practice and game with urgency and focus. I believe my combination of size, strength, athletic ability, academics, and work ethic gives me the potential to continue developing into a high-level college football player.
